Please escort your guests on all common grounds. Up to 4 guests per residence is permitted. No group parties will be allowed except by pool reservations. Reservations for pool parties will be honored up to 45 days in advance on a first come basis. Please contact Tina Cline at 702-1319 to reserve your date. Party times are on Sundays from 6pm-10pm.

From Your Board

We request that all residents honor the speed limit in our development. The speed limit is 25MPH. We have observed persons driving well above the posted limit upwards of 50 MPH. We have requested the Sheriff's department operate a speed control on a random time frame.

 

Board Meetings

The HOA Board holds regular meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm at the Pool Clubhouse. With the exception of Executive Session and Due Process Hearings, the Board meetings are open to the residents. Should you wish to attend a meeting, we ask that you put your request in writing no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting. If you have an issue you’d like to address, please include that in your request, so that we may add you to the agenda accordingly. Please contact us by emailing at info@hiddenlakeshomeowners.

 

Walking your Pets

Please be considerate when walking your pets and if they "have to go" on someone's lawn then please carry a bag to clean up after them. Your neighbor's feet will appreciate you for the effort!!
