Architectural Review Committee

Will review your application to ensure all permits, design and contractors meet certain criteria set forth within the boundaries of the By-Laws and Covenants. All exterior projects must be approved by the ARC prior to implementing your plan. Any work started before approval will be reported to the Hamilton County Code enforcement office and will result in stop work orders.

Please be aware that all exterior work must performed by licensed, insured workers to maintain a consistent and high level of workmanship for the properties of Hidden Lakes.

Covenant Enforcement Committee

The services of this committee include evaluating the properties and actions of our residents for compliance with the Covenants. Notification of violations will include a range of tools from simple tags and certified letters informing you of the Covenant in violation.

Social Committee

This committee will schedule and coordinate the social events for the development.

Special Events/Needs Committee-NEW

This service will be arranged to assist our residents with special needs in time of medical illness or sudden emergencies of any type.Volunteers will be needed to assist our residents in their time of need that will include meals, lawn care or any other service requiring assistance. Please contact Tina Cline 280-1892 for assistance or if you would like to volunteer your help.
